HAPPY VALENTINES! We're kinda late on this but we had a fun day. Briggs, Grandma, Rachael, and I made sugar cookies.

Mmmm, totally worth the effort
We got Briggs this cute little hedgehog and he loved it! (Favorite part was the tags)
So we (Trent) decided to start with the renovation on the house. The worst room seemed like the best place to start. We were just going to scrap the beautiful asbestos off the ceiling in the family room to start...well Chase showed up and next thing I knew they had gutted the whole room.
Here is the Before...
Notice the nice ceiling & paneling. The flooring was nice brown patterned after wood carpet.
And now for the after...
Still needs alot of work but notice the new windows to replace the last of the old metal windows. Hopefully those will go in tomorrow along with framing in two doors that weren't all that functional.
