HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!

Last Friday was my birthday and I have to start by saying what a sweet husband I have. Two days of shopping, eating, and just getting to spend time with him without work or school(he did have tons of homework but he just let it wait until Sunday) was the best gift ever! He's not a big fan of shopping and shopping with me, well that's a whole different story. So shopping and then the best part eating. We don't eat out a whole lot because we figure it makes the times we do that much better. So the shopping and eating were great but the best part of the whole weekend was spending time together without school or housework. Time together seems to be a precious thing around our house. We're home together alot but I doesn't mean that we're actually together. Make sense? THANKS BABE, Briggs and I enjoyed every minute with you.

Briggs has always liked testing out his voice but lately it has gotten a little ridiculous. Anywhere we go and the minute we get inside the yelling begins. It's just this constant aaaaaaah, aaaaaaaah, ah, aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah! So if you ever hear a little boy yelling non-stop when you're at Kents, Walmart, Sams or Old Grist Mill(they seem to be his favorites, they give him better sound) it's probably us.

The new favorite food is.....lemon slices. No I don't cut up lemons and feed them to him for lunch. We gave him the lemon that they put on the rim of your drink thinking that we would get a funny reaction. Well we were wrong he loved it, but still funny!

And just starting today, he loves crawling up and down the treadmill. It's the first day I think we've left it down long enough for him to play on it. He will crawl up and then back down, then his favorite part is when he gets off at the bottom and totally face plants it. He will laugh and smile then start it all over again. He's doing it as we speak, he's done it for probably 4 hours total today. He is all boy for sure! Following dad, playing in the dirt, getting the dog to lick his face, getting up and into everything, falling down and crashing thinking it's funny, laughing when anybody burps, and the list could go on of all his boyish qualities. We sure love him! Counting down the days till he's one (month and a halfish). WoW!

Here we go!On his way upClimbing down

And face plant!
